Greg Billie is amazing in parts. I told him exactly how I wanted everything on my bike, and he was very nice and helpful in what I needed to order, and got me the best within my price range I wanted. He is very intelligent, answered any questions with no hesitation and very politely. I would recommend Greg to everyone I know and wouldn't go to anyone else when it comes to parts and asking questions. He deserves all the recognition possible. I couldn't have done it without him.

These guys really know how to take care of customers...I bought a battery from an out-of-town dealer that seemed to be failing. Even though the battery passed their test, Chris put a new battery in the bike at no charge to ensure that I did not have any more problems.Great service from a great group of guys!!!

I can always count on Josh Roberts whenever I have any questions or need any help. On more than one occasion I couldnt make it to the shop before closing time and Josh had meet me on his own time so that I can get the parts I need for my Harley. If thats not worth five stars I dont know what is.

HD of Greensboro had demo rides of the 2018s today. It was awesome. I was able to ride some $40,000 bikes. They have a good selection of bikes and the staff are very friendly. I bought my first HD from here in 2005 and I am still riding it today. I am thinking my son will want to ride so I can pass mine down and have an excuse to buy me a new one like the all black Streetglide!

New building with fairly easy access from the road. Medium sized inventory on bikes, however there were only two road glides on the floor the day I visited, and one of them was a CVO. Probably 10 or so street glides, it appeared that there bike stock was more toward sportsters and softails.The clothing area had one of the largest selections of t-shirts in a variety of sizes, however the rest of the clothing department wasn't as well stocked, it would be fine if you were large or 2xl. Most of the riding jackets and rain gear had limited availability in medium and small sizes.They do carry helmets as well but their selection was not as extensive as Smoking Harley Davidson. I saw that they carried footwear as well but I didn't pay attention to the selection.I stopped in the middle of the week and it was not busy at all. Plenty of staff who were very helpful but not pushy and following you around.My main complaint would have to be that there was nowhere to sit outside. After riding 2 hours to get there I would have stayed longer had there been either a chair or bench to relax in.

The PARTS dept is the best here. Greg and JJ are amazing people. Knowledgeable and very professional...going out of their way.

Greg in parts helped me find the exhaust tips that brought my bike to life. He took the time to let me hear different brands until I found the sounds I wanted.Back again to have the stage one and two upgrades done. Best service every, got my bike back the next day. I will always bring my mike here.

Mike and team are superb. Friendly, genuinely interested in what one is looking for, and do not have the mentality of a used car salesmen. Ive been buying bikes in other dealerships before, but this one is the best bar none. They bit the competition on price, APR, and service.

I got to test drive a 2018 FLHTK and fell in love with the ride, sound, and craftsmanship of the machine. I was able to get a great deal for my 08' Busa on trade so I pulled the trigger. Not long ago, I went into Riding High Harley Davidson to look at the 2020 Road Glides. Bill came over to help me out and man! He is a rock star! I was wanting to get out of my 2015 Fat Boy. Riding High Harley Davidson is AMAZING, Larry our sales guy got us on the bike we wanted not what he thought would be a good fit but what we wanted, Jon the sales manager lowered the cost of the bike to help our budget, and Chris in the back working on the bike made sure that it did not leave with out dated tires, he is putting 2 new tires and doing a full front to end maintenance on the bike before we leave with it, when we were supposed to leave yesterday with it but we are fixing to get ready and head to the dealership and go get our 2009 Harley-Davidson VRSCF - V-Rod Muscle. would recommend anyone driving the distance to go to this dealership to buy a bike they truly make you family
